Our Universe

Want to discover some interesting facts and photographs about our planet, solar system and universe...? This app uses the Apod (Astronomic picture of the day) Api from the NASA to collect the data.

This was one of my firsts and most loved projects I did in my career as a Web Dev. I always wanted to do something related to the space, the universe and the wonders of our galaxy; so I decided to look for an API that could provide me information about this.

And after consulting my great friend Google, I found this incredible resource made by the NASA. The APOD API (Astronomy Picture of the Day), how its name says, gives beautiful and fascinating pictures on a daily basis accompanied by descriptions written by professional astronomers and scientists.

When I discovered this, I put hands on my keyboard and immediately started a new NextJs template to build this cool and interesting project.
